Program (REP) is a full-time, 18-month technical development program for top recent college graduates with technical degrees and strong leadership skills.
Technical groups strategically and exclusively select and host program participants for three six-month rotations and provide final placement at the end of the program. Developed
through the choice of rotations, as well as special training, mentoring and career coaching, rotation engineers assume influential positions as technical contributors and leaders.
Rotation selection is flexible and based on the rotation engineer's individual skills and career interests as well as the needs of the hosting group. While there's a great deal of
variety among rotations they all share a common feature—each is challenging, specifically selected to provide a key experience in the growth of the engineer's career and has a direct
impact on the technology development of the group.

on many challenging projects allowing you to make your mark at Intel. You'll be able to:

Develop a professional network of contacts across Intel, from management to current and past rotation engineers.

Immerse yourself in projects and make immediate leadership contributions, learning to take responsibility and ownership early on in your career.

Assume a challenging final position after completing your 18-months in the program. Your REP experience will give you the visibility and understanding of how to make the
most of your capabilities within the company, as well as the confidence and skills to take on leadership positions.
What you need
We are looking for fast learners with a BS/MS/PhD in engineering (minimum 3.5 or higher GPA on a 4.0 scale) and an aptitude for quick technical ramp-up. Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills, internship and work experience, demonstrated leadership ability, and team-building skills are essential.
To qualify for the Intel Rotation Engineer Program, you must be legally authorized to accept fulltime, indefinite employment in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

The REP is available at our Oregon, Arizona, California, and
New Mexico sites.
