Rotation Programs

ROTATION PROGRAMS - ACCELERATED LEADERSHIP

Intel's Accelerated Leadership Program (ALP) is a unique post-MBA rotational leadership program. Intel's executive team designed the ALP to transform passionate and ambitious MBA graduates into Intel's most influential future leaders. From day one, ALP associates have the opportunity to drive our core businesses and help lead Intel into new multibillion-dollar growth segments, such as consumer electronics, smart phones, and PCs for emerging markets.

With the mentorship of top executives, ALP associates navigate through a series of challenging, diverse, and high-visibility assignments that span the entire company. Upon completion of the program, ALP associates are placed in a senior management role on the Intel team. Interested?

Make an impact

After joining the ALP, you'll begin your first of three eight-month rotation assignments. ALP assignments are designed to be true leadership development opportunities—high-impact, complex, strategic, and fast paced. The ALP allows you the flexibility to pursue your interests and career goals. You play a key role in selecting rotation assignments in the following areas:

  • Product Groups (e.g., Digital Health, Digital Home, Smart Phone Group, PC Client Group, Data Center Group, Software and Services Group)

  • Technology and Manufacturing Group (TMG)

  • Corporate Sales & Marketing or Support Function (e.g., Brand Strategy, Field Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Logistics, Intel Capital, HR, IT)

Throughout the program, you'll attend monthly roundtables with Intel's senior leaders in small, intimate settings to acquaint you and other ALP associates with Intel's key players, business challenges, and corporate strategy. You'll also attend leadership training classes with your ALP cohorts, which will build upon your MBA acumen and rotation experiences.

At the end of your two-year journey, you may choose to return to one of your three rotation groups or pursue an opportunity elsewhere within the company at a senior management level.
