ROTATION PROGRAMS - HR OPPORTUNITIES

Looking after 80,000 employees in 48 countries worldwide is no easy task. You'll play an important part in hiring, developing and retaining our employees, and in making Intel a great place to work. There are a variety of opportunities available through two specific Human Resources (HR) programs: The HR Internship Program and the HR Pathways Rotation program.

Depending on your interest and skills, you can make significant contributions in the following functional areas:

  • Business Group HR (Generalist)

  • HR Operations

  • Intel Learning and Development

  • Compensation and Benefits

  • Staffing

  • Employee Communications

  • Global Diversity, Education, and External Relations

  • HR Research and Analytics

Make an impact

Intel's HR opportunities for students consist of two components:

The HR Internship Program is designed to identify, develop, and grow future Recent College Graduate (RCG) talent through high quality internships.

The HR Pathways Rotation Program is a strategic RCG program that provides high quality, substantive full-time rotations/assignments for professional development, networking, and increased participant capability of RCGs. Your knowledge, passion, and acumen will be put to use to research trends, analyze data, and/or propose and drive solutions.

As an HR Intern, you'll have the opportunity to work on a specific project to address a real-time business issue for the functional group you support. Internships are typically three to four months in length over the summer (May/June-August). Do a great job and a full-time offer may await you to join our HR Pathways Rotation program, a one-year full-time rotation program that provides three, four-month long rotations through HR functional areas at our Hillsboro, OR site.
